10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If unresolved, the parties agree to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. Subject to arbitration, the courts of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
